Sedona Dance Project – Artist Agreement (May 9–10 Production)

I agree to perform in Dance into Beauty with Sedona Dance Project on:

• May 9 at 1:00 PM & 3:00 PM

• May 10 at 1:00 PM & 3:00 PM

I understand this includes four (4) performances and I agree to arrive on time and be fully prepared for all rehearsals and performances.

I understand that all rehearsal time is donated as an in-kind contribution to Sedona Dance Project, supporting its mission to bring high-quality live dance and arts programming to Sedona.

I understand that I will receive a $300 stipend for completing all scheduled performances. Payment will be issued after the final performance. I am responsible for any applicable tax reporting.

• Costumes will be provided by Sedona Dance Project

• I may share personal items if I choose, but I am not required to purchase anything

• I agree to provide my own appropriate footwear (shoes)

I agree to maintain a respectful, professional attitude, follow artistic direction, and communicate any conflicts in a timely manner.

I grant Sedona Dance Project permission to photograph and record me during rehearsals and performances. I understand these materials may be used for marketing, social media, website, press, and grant purposes without compensation and in perpetuity.

I understand that participation in dance involves physical activity and risk. I assume full responsibility for my participation and release Sedona Dance Project, its staff, and affiliates from liability. I confirm I am physically able to participate.
